“Spent a wonderful relaxed quiet few days before the bustle of Christmas. The cottage is well-furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were the only occupied cottage when we were there and enjoyed the solitude on a beautiful lake.”

“My friends and I had the most amazing trip. The owner was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean, spacious, and had spectacular views of the lake! We had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway! Would absolutely stay here again!”

“This was my third visit to the Finger Lakes and by far my favorite rental. The cottage was adorable and tastefully furnished. Great living space indoors, out on the porch, and by the lake. Had a hiccup on arrival that was remediated by fast responsiveness with the owner. The area was also my favorite of all the lakes explored. You are within 15-20” of everything. I will definitely be recommending this cottage to friends and family!”

“EVERYTHING as described and more. Place was so clean you'd of thought we were the first guests. Hosts were very accessible via text during our stay. The construction of this tree house is amazing and detailed. The ability to sit at a fire even during rain was a plus and complete with barn owls calling in the distance at night. Minutes away from a small town with a great breakfast diner, but completely secluded in the woods. We just can't say enough about how cool this place is.”

“My daughter and I enjoyed an amazing weekend at this beautiful cottage on the water. It is so convenient to the shops in Skaneateles and restaurants in Auburn. The cottage was immaculate and spacious. It was homey and a relaxing place for a weekend respite. Mike and Karen are terrific hosts.”

“Most of the time, when you rent from vrbo, the address appears as soon as the booking is confirmed. This host never gives the address because they never intend for you to stay there. We booked this property and then suddenly there was a maintenance issue. One message said it was electrical and another said ot was a water problem. But not to worry! They have other properties that you can stay in that are complete dumps. They come wirh garbage and debris in the entry way, sticky floors, bugs,……

“We came into town for the Earth Day half marathon in Baldwinsville. This was the perfect place to stay! So many amenities and the perfect porch for morning coffee! I wish we could of stayed longer!”

The driveway down to the house is steep (as noted in the description)with switchbacks but once you’ve navigated it, it is not a problem. Great location - close to town.”
