“The property was very large and private. Lots of space and the patio and pool were great. The best part was the host. He was very attentive and helped us find our way around the area. The location is very residential so not the active hustle of the city so our rental car was essential to get the most out of the location but we had a great time visiting the nearby beaches and towns.”

“Long weekend had been organised since Nov 2022 as it was for my stag do .for 17 " middle aged" fellas Communication with Gorana & Mario was great and we used their contact Pieter to ferry us around who was also brilliant as nothing too much trouble for him . Villa was awesome and everybody was extremely happy with everything from cleanliness to facilities . “We traveled to split with a group of 7 adults. Toni and team were professional and prompt with inquiries and requests. The property is amazing with all the amenities and terrific views. Close to market and downtown. Property is on a hill (so keep that in mind for walking). Would definitely recommend.”

“The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least……

Der beheizte Pool ein Traum für die Kinder, das Meer direkt vor der Haustür, nur einmal über die kleine Straße. Ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr nette Nachbarn, die uns mit Zitronen und Granatäpfel versorgt haben. Der Urlaub war ein Traum. Jederzeit gerne wieder und genau diese Unterkunft. ”

“We have had a very nice vacation in the house. At arrival the host had filled the refrigerator with some food and drinks as welcome. All rooms are very nice and modern build. The pool water was a bit cold. But overall everything was great. ”

We talked to the owner and she recommended we hire chef Martin for a birthday dinner - so we did and he was AMAZING! He came to the house and cooked our family a lovely dinner.
