“Very beautiful hotel. ”

“I’m not sure if the room we stayed in was recently renovated but the room felt incomplete. The renovations were well done but there were a lot of missing details that made things feel off. The WiFi didn’t reach the room, the shower door was possibly installed backwards, the latch to the shower didn’t work. All of this felt like the room was updated but no one had stayed in it to make it feel comfortable. ”

“房間乾淨，床單每天都有更新。房間設備齊全，微波爐冰箱都有，暖氣也很溫暖，還有按摩浴缸可以使用。早餐普通，但整天都有供應咖啡與檸檬水。附近餐廳很多，還有一個有機商品店讓我買東西很方便。唯一的缺點是這段時間房價太貴了，是平常的三倍價錢，除此之外整體來講還是不錯的選擇。”

“We’ve stayed at this property multiple times. Our room was not as clean as previous visits and the noise from the train seemed more frequent. I love the convenience of this property and closeness to our favorite restaurants and to the river walk. We will stay here again. ”

“I was hesitant at first because I typically stay at more modern hotels when in the Spokane area, but the vibe and customer service made this property shine. We were at the property for graduation and everyone was so kind from wait staff, bartenders, front desk staff. The gym is great, highly recommend taking advantage of allllll the amenities, when we had a challenge with the temperature control in our room the staff quickly made adjustments to our window. “I was fortunate enough to be the only guest staying while I was here and it was absolutely magical. The house is so cozy and having the common areas to myself really made it feel like I was just at home, if my house was beautifully and ornately decorated. Not to mention the mattress was probably the comfiest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I”m recommending this place to anyone passing through or near Spokane. ”

“The only complaint I have is because I have asthma. The perfume smell in the room is very srong and I will end up having to use my inhaler, as it is making it hard for me to breathe.”
