“My friend and I checked into the hotel at night after a long day of driving. We only stayed the night, but we had excellent service and check-in support with Bill, the front desk attendant. Of all the hotels we stayed in along our route home, this was by far the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest hotel. Even the continental breakfast was surprisingly good, more variety and hot foods than other hotels had offered. The atmosphere was family-friendly, the location was safe and near lots of big box……

“The price was great, proximity to Hillsdale was perfect. I did notice the bathroom door is too tight to close, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. But linens were clean, the TV worked well, bed was comfortable, and the furnishings were nice. ”

The staff was friendly. our door wouldn't unlock using our card so we had to have the concierge open the door each time but wasn't much of an issue because they were friendly and prompt about it. The only issue I had was there was no smoke detectors in the room. If there was a fire in the middle of the night we would have been dead because we would have never known. 7/10 DO recommend ”
