“This beautiful lake house includes lots of great amenities that you will only discover if you make the effort to ask host Ted! Don’t hesitate to engage in a conversation about how to maximize your enjoyment while in Grass Lake! Inside the detached garage are 3 kayaks and lots of floaties that we never would have found if we hadn’t talked to Ted. And our favorite attraction in the area was most definitely the Arboretum, hiking trails and incredible Sky Walk at Hidden Lake Gardens.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Matt's cottage. There was a little dust and a little dog hair when we got there so it was perfect for us. It meant we could be comfortable and relax on vacation without worrying about tracking a little dirt inside. Matt was quick to respond to questions asked. ”

The check-in process was smooth, and the host met us upon arrival to give us a helpful tour and go over everything we needed to know for our stay.The property was stocked with useful amenities—including cookware, silverware, pillows, blankets, and even water gear like a kayak, paddle boat, and life jackets. “This cottage was perfect for our family vacation at the lake this year. It was well stocked with all the essentials for adults and children too. Everyone was impressed. We especially loved the location of this property. It was located off the main road but had waterfront views and grass for the kids to play. The hosts were very accommodating and readily available whenever we had questions. We hope to come back and visit again. Thank you for everything ”

“Overall, we loved this lake house. We used it as a test run to see if we could handle a trip with our three dogs…so grateful you were one of the few places accepting multiple (large) dogs.The dogs did not mind the mucky lake bottom as much as I did, but as a Michigander I should know better. Glad we were there not on a boat-crowded weekend.The house itself is renovated modernly/stylishly.But with no dishwasher, some of the dishes were dirty out of the cabinets. We brought dish soap from home. ……

“It was very clean and comfortable and relaxing! I love the style, design layout and all the decorations. The owner has really good taste! I was not sure where to park and there was no signs or directions for where to park. It’s all grass in front of the tiny cottage. There’s a driveway on the other side of the street in front of another neighborhood’s garage, but I guess can park there. Next door neighbor said I couldn’t park next door but can across the street. My son in law parked on the grass……

“My family had a wonderful time. It’s a beautiful property with in a quiet neighborhood. The deck on the lake allowed for a scenic view while family laughed and reminisced. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was a perfect set up. Our contacts were quick to respond to questions and concerns.
