“Lots of good things about this property! It was clean, and had positives, like a stocked kitchen to cook, two bathrooms and the bed was SO COMFY! Downside -- clearly the people who stayed before us enjoyed some 18 activities, so the whole apartment smelled strongly of marijuana. The host tried to run an air purifying treatment but it still smelled pretty strongly. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay! ”

“Clean, small little house. They should have mentioned in the listing about the ridiculously steep stairs to the upstairs / attic bedroom. They are not really safe for anyone that is remotely unsteady on their feet. No curb appeal, the lawn was overgrown and trash can was still at the curb. ”

When I tried to show them my receipt, they said it would be okay and they would contact Expedia. Told us it was because we booked too far in advance we were having these issues. “We rented this property for a two night stay to attend a funeral with myself (pastor), my wife, and two other members of our church. It met all our needs in this regard. We were only at the property for a total of 18 hours (8 hours one evening and 10 hours the following). I did not receive any communication in response to my questions prior our stay. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. ”

“We enjoyed the proximity to the coffee shops, the local shopping and restaurants! The place was very neat and tidy, although small it is very nicely decorated. I would recommend this house to others. The only thing I would say needed to be improved upon is the sheer curtain over the front door didn’t provide much privacy so we put a sheet over it”
