“The walkway smelled of cat pee. Once inside it was clean until i looked up at the ceiling fan. I don't think it had ever been cleaned. I took care of that. Next morning I wrnt to the kitchen for breakfast. Bowl was dirty. Took care of that. Shower was next. To small of a shower and there were only 3 towels for a 7 day stay. Took care of that. It is a very nice place. Neighbors didn't always leave enough room to park and they would talk loud outside the back door. I will be returning soon. Hope……

“The property is part of a commercial site. Which is fine, there is a lack of views from the rear deck. That being said. The host is very friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully decorated. If we find ourselves needing to stay near Ten Mile, TN again, we will definitely check for availability.”

“Wonderful option for anglers who want to be on Chickamauga and near the Dayton Boat Launch. The apartment was very clean. Great location just 5 minutes from the launch. Communication with homeowner was excellent. We can’t wait to return to Chickamauga! ”

“The little cabin is clean and cozy. I struggled with the pillows but other than that it was nice. There is a keurig coffee pot but no coffee cups. I am big on a porch lights, but no front lights. This made it difficult to see key pad. I was surprised of how secluded the place is, so if you like privacy, you defiantly have it. The view of the mountains is beautiful.”

“Overall, an aging condo with some upgrades. Worked fine for our visit, but on the expensive side. Addressing issue mentioned in other reviews: 1) Someone attempted to clean the carpets with cleaner that bleached some areas. 2) The top bathroom vent did not work, the others did. 3) We were off-season so didn't need AC but heat, which was fine except even with the fan set to ON, the upstairs rooms were warm while the first floor was still cool.”

“Stayed for 1 week when my work trip in the area was unexpectedly prolonged by a week. The property is nice, and has all of the amenities needed for a week stay. It was overall clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a nice paved trail along the lake shore if you want to get out and get some exercise. My only recommendation for the property owners would be to make mention to whoever cleans between guests to check all cabinets and drawers and wipe them out as it doesnt look like it gets done……
