“The home has an air quality issue. I only waited a few days to review to make sure my deposit would be returned. This place has bad vibes. Upon entering the home we noticed the smell of mold. “We rented the house as lodging and a central location while family and friends came to town for a local funeral. The house fully suited our needs with plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be together or take time on their own. “If you love history and are visiting the Williamsburg area this is a perfect place to stay. The house and grounds are amazing and filled with all types of historic anecdotes. The beds were super comfy and there is ample space for a large family or multiple groups. “This unit in Kingsmill was just as it was pictured and described in the VRBO ad, plus it was clean, attractive, and had a comfortable bed. “About 20 minutes to walking & colonial Williamsburg, 20 to Busch Gardens. Very clean. It was really warm when we arrived but cooled down well enough (the upstairs more effectively than the downstairs but both were pleasant). This is a Hilton run resort and it was a gorgeous property with lots to do on its campus (indoor pool, mini golf, walking grounds, gym, fishing, etc etc). The kitchens were well enough appointed. Make sure you bring salt and pepper as they weren't included with the "basics."……

They had a nice variety of family-friendly games and activities. The only issue we had was that because we were there in the spring before the outdoor pools had opened, the only indoor swimming pool was always busy and was frequently filled to capacity.
