“I currently live in this complex, and I rented this condo for my parents to come stay a few days while I recovered from surgery. Joe and Beth were extremely accommodating and kept communication with my parents while they stayed (but also didn't bug them!). I was thankful to have such an easy process for my older parents and they are already talking about coming back down again because they enjoyed their stay so much!”

“Both the host (CJ) and the property were phenomenal!! From smooth lining the experience for checking in to getting around the city the stay felt very personal and welcoming aside from only being aesthetically pleasing. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the directions to the location were easy to follow, and the pictures for the property were as posted. Our only regret was not staying another day. To make up for it, we just boasted about the stay to all our friends to at least consider……

We stayed over Christmas and it was easy to walk to my sister's house on Spa View and super nice to be above the top-notch coffee and baked goods at Curate. The place is perfectly laid out for two people/couples to each have their own space and bathroom. ”

“The apartment is well appointed and has parking spots very close to the apartment. We had no problem with sound except hearing a few footsteps from the upstairs apartment. The place itself is very comfortable and incredibly well organized with labels on most things. I’ve never experienced this in a rental property before but the host had drinks and snacks available. You didn’t need to worry about forgetting, washing stuff, shower stuff or toothbrushes etc, she had it all!! My nearly 4 year old……

“I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!”

“The property itself is nice, and the area is fabulous! Close to shopping and dining. The problem we had with unit 301 was that the heat did not heat the unit , it was very cold. There are no lamps in bedrooms and one tv in the primary bedroom, no tv in the living room or other bedrooms. ”

“Beds are comfortable; convenient location; bathroom shower faucets need repair; kitchen , dining room and living room very nice; floors refinished; blinds in bedrooms and living room need repair; furnace door and closet need cleaning.; hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. ”

“We were promised internet/wifi and it didn’t work the entire trip. Contacted the property and she said it was but it wasn’t working until the day we checked out. The beds are IKEA very cheap. Clean but cheap. The couch wasn’t comfortable at all. The TV didn’t have an outlet to plug into or an extension cord to reach to another plug. Finally found an extension coming from the side of the refrigerator on the other side of the wall but had to move the tv over to reach. Once turned on, we were back……
