“We were very happy with our stay over Labor Day weekend. The condo was very clean and updated. The walk down to the association beach was quick and easy enough to do with our little ones. One of the days the beach was a bit crowded but the next day we had it all to ourselves which was a nice bonus. I would recommend this condo!”

“The apartment was nice, we stayed 3 nights and only slept there because of a full daily itinerary. Would have given 5 stars, but we had no hot water. Communication with hosting firm was quick and easy. They promised to send someone to fix the water, but no one came. I fixed the boiler myself after 2 days with cold showers. I think because the company that owns the unit is out of state, they don't have the boots in the ground to get things fixed in a pinch. I wasn't expecting to fix a……

Have two college age kds who stay up way too late, so needed two bedrooms and paying for two hotel rooms was not desirable. This worked perfect! “The condo is in a beautiful setting in the woods. It's very clean and furnished well overall. We did not cook since we only stayed 2 nights, however, the kitchen is very dated and kitchen appliances and cookware is not appealing to use! It did not have a kettle to boil water for tea and had a K-cup coffee maker with no K-cups. I think a few small tweaks will make the mornings more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this place if staying in Quechee”

“The view is the only thing about this place that we can recommend. Many things were broken or not able to be found, from the broken outside closet where the trash was kept, to windows that didn't open and locks that didn't lock, to clunking fans and flashing bathroom lights and worn out sockets. The place hasn't been updated for years and fully shows it. Not to mention that we were disappointed with the unapologetic and sometimes belated responses from the realtor who manages the place.
