"This is an old house made into 3 apartments. The 1 we stayed in had many updates yet preserved the era it was built. I would describe it as quaint, lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Room was large and appeared refurbished however the toilet seat look melted/heat damaged and black blobs of (?) grout in toilet pan that didn’t flush. Gym closed due to renovations.
