It’s a two minute walk from the beach so you don’t have to pay for beach parking. It’s very close to Public Beach Access Point #2 so you’re away from the big crowds near the end of Mile Road and there’s plenty of room. The condo is fantastic. Exactly as pictured and described. “Great location, great views of river and ocean, and an easy walk to anywhere on Shore Rd or Beach St. Also just a short walk to Marginal Way. Housekeeping forgot to sweep our unit and we swept up a big pile of beach sand when we first got there, but other than that oversight, the place was clean and comfortable, and location can’t be beat. ”
