“What a great down home hotel! Comfortable, lovely, quiet, and huge! A large and beautiful veranda, heated pool and hot tub. Large pretty room with ocean view, complimentary ice cream, breakfast, and warm fresh baked cookies. Trolley stop in front of the hotel, and easy access to down town and the marginal way. It’s got it all!”

“Best location and only beachfront property in Ogunquit. Loved our 2nd floor room in The Dunes, nicely renovated and great views. Lisa at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!”

“Beautiful view. Great balcony. Ample space in room. Nice amenities like tennis pickleball saltwater heated pool closes at 9pm. Continental breakfast. Lots of parking and very close to all the nightlife shops and restaurants.”
