“Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around.
I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt.”
“Great to bring a dog but some owners left dog poop in the dog run. It may help if the grass was cut short otherwise a great spot and so dog friendly. Thanks! ”

“Best resort ever! I can't say one bad thing about this place. Loved loved loved the room they gave us! Super huge and spacious! amazing bathroom, all impeccably decorated and a most comfortable bed. the pool area is gorgeous and relaxing. the restaurant totally spectacular. they had Mercedes - like 5 of them of all types, including a Mayback that they just lend out to their guests for 4 hours at a time. They also have bikes and the town is very bicycle friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated……
“This hotel is adorable and is so close to town! The free bike rentals are great too. The aesthetic of the room is one of my favorites and all overlook the Kennebunk River. The ducks walking around are super cute as well and the continental breakfast is perfect! ”
“This property is several blocks off Dock Square but very convenient and a hidden gem. Lovely house with plenty of parking. The owner Julianna is very friendly, knowledgable and the perfect host. A beautiful breakfast includes home baked goods by her daughter Hannah. A wonderful place to stay and we will be returning.”
