“I had a king oceanfront room on the third floor. The room was clean and set up nicely. I had a corner room so I had windows on two sides which made for a nice breeze flowing in. The ocean is directly across the street and it’s a short walk to the nearest beaches in either direction. Unlike a hotel, there isn’t anyone at the front desk after 8 pm but I didn’t need that. Coffee and teas are available. Only thing I wished for was a refrigerator in the room and there wasn’t one. Bed was very……

“My wife and I stayed at the Grasshopper Inn, and had one of the best hotel experiences out of all of our trips so far. The property was spotlessly clean, well maintained, and quite new. The rooms were comfortable, large, and quiet. And we had convenient parking with a reserved space. However, the highlight of our experience was the customer service. Mark was absolutely wonderful and made us feel at home. He gave us great tips for food, parking, and sightseeing, and called us in advance of our……

“This place was incredibly relaxing, and very well kept! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and I highly recommend the Garrison to anyone looking for a nice easy going, clean place to bring the family for a few days. Zero chaos, incredible views of the ocean/inlet, nicely landscaped, gas, groceries, pharmacy, mini golf, fun park, and all kinds of other stuff within walking distance... We travel for work and stay in a lot of places and this is by far our new favorite place to unwind!……

“Towne Lyne is a quaint motel. Very comfortable. My room had an attached small porch which would be lovely in the warmer weather. The grounds in the back are inviting for sitting or children to play while enjoying a lovely stream that flows in the back of the motel.”

“So we stayed one night at the hotel for our anniversary. Just to let you know when it says balcony it’s not private, but you did get a beautiful view of a river and the ocean. Lady at the desk was phenomenal. There was an inside pool and a pool outside in a hot tub. The hotel was obviously an older one, but everything was updated and clean. We had a refrigerator full size and a very clean bathroom. I think my only complaint would be that the pillows were very flat and not fluffy.”

“This hotel is a gem! We were greeted by the most welcoming and polite reception host. She assigned us a lovely room and guided us to hot spots in the area. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant offers delicious food and a variety of drinks. Not to mention great service by everyone. Will definitely return! ”
