“This property was amazing for our extended family stay. There was plenty of space to stretch out and do your own thing and then come together for meals. Kitchen was ample size to be able to cook for our large party. Paddle boards and kayaks were a great addition and lots of fish were caught. Would definitely recomment this for your extended families stay! ”

“We stayed at Laceyville to celebrate my grandma’s 80th birthday. We had a great time and the house handled all 10 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 dogs without feeling too squishy. Cindy was a wonderful host! She left some local treats for us on the table on arrival and gave us some recommendations for activities in the area. She is very responsive and checked on us via message multiple times throughout our stay. When my grandma thought she forgot her laptop behind Cindy offered to go look for it and……

“Had a great time staying on the river with the family. We made great use of the deck, kayaks, river access, fishing, and grill. Very nice bedrooms and clean bathrooms. More than easily fit seven adults and our black lab. Nice big kitchen table for game nights!”

“I honestly don’t know where to begin. This place is a certified hidden gem. A perfect family home. A legit getaway with the conveniences of home. And our perfect host Cindy, in wonderful to work with. Patient, understanding, accommodating, answered every question I had, very responsive. Let’s start with the house itself, very spacious and well designed. Everyone in my party had somewhere to bunk down. Even to the point where they started alternating it so they can enjoy the different areas. From……

“Stayed locked out with not the right password number for almost 2 hours. The property manager including myself calling andbleavi g messages with owner. I finally got in. Not with any help of the owner. It took the owner almost 4 hours to call me back. I was already at the store getting more groceries that i had to replace since i was locked out with food. Also bring ur own barbecue pit. I asked owner for weeeeeks before going to check if they had one and they never replied. I had to go buy one.……

“Quiet neighborhood with excellent views of Elk mountain. We could walk dogs approximately 1/2 mile loop around the lake. The house is very clean with comfortable furnishings and we enjoyed a wood stove fire that was perfect after a day on the slopes. I would love to enjoy the wrap around porch and fire pit in the summer months sometime in the future. Host is extremely responsive and we felt welcomed”
