“The room was dirty, and very loud, bed hard as a rock. The room didn't tv or fridge or desk and didn't look like on the photos. Shower is horrible, spraying the water up, impossible to use. Worst accomodation we have had in 1.5 month in india. Also, after leaving we noticed something that looks like bed bugs bites on the skin.”

“I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. ”

“Hair in bed, torn bed sheets, dirty shower/bathroom, room and bathroom had to be re cleaned and still dirty footprints left on the floor. Fire exit door to outside left open all night, poor security. Food delivery items delivered and stored in floor in foyer. Declined breakfast after foul smell in basement area where breakfast served. Given room was a higher category was not even a chair to sit on. ”
