“位置很好，但酒店比较老旧”

“Very quiet when we stayed so lacking atmosphere, particularly in the the restaurant. The service in the restaurant was excellent but reception was less helpful, except the lady who seemed to be the manager. Room was nice but could easily be updated to a much higher standard. Lots of monkeys, and they get up close, we quite enjoyed watching on our veranda but others might be put off by. ”

“這是我經歷接待最差的酒店，事源訂了三間雙人房，但酒店告訴只是單人房，並要求以門市價錢補償，比訂房價更高（訂房 USD 40,要補償 USD 70）我們要求可否以網上價錢補償，但受到堅決拒絕。唯有要求和他們經理商量，但這位先生態度極端惡劣，拒絕彈性處理更指責我們是存心欺騙，我們十分憤怒並要求道歉，他知道自己說錯了願意只需補償 USD 18，事情終於解決，但心中不快仍揮之不去。”

“A notre arrivée, l'hôtelier nous a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à notre nom, qu'il venait de racheter cet hôtel et que pour pouvoir y dormir, il fallait annuler notre réservation auprès d'hotel.com (ce qui était impossible sans perdre les 60 € déjà payés car il nous demandait une annulation pour le jour même) et qu'ensuite, il fallait le payer en espèces le prix de la chambre (environ 45 €). Sans moyen de contacter Hotel.com car 4h du matin en France, nous avons préféré quitter cet……

“除了地理位置优越外，没有太多值得称赞之处了。在狮子岩上看日落，天黑了马上可以到酒店。一早起来可以欣赏阳光慢慢铺满狮子岩的美景。就是冲着地理位置优越而来，其它也就只能将就了。 早餐用餐的过程就是边吃边赶苍蝇，赶快吃赶快喝，不然就是被苍蝇吃了喝了的感觉。”

The property looked nothing like the pictures, and mosquitoes were a major issue throughout our stay. Right away, we encountered problems with the hot water in our room.
