“這次在Hotel 81(Premier） princess共住12晚 說中文櫃檯服務人員也聽得懂，入住時有告知二天打掃房間一次，結果是每天都會將垃圾收走換大浴巾放牙刷，二天換一次床單跟枕頭套 垃圾桶只有一個沒辦法將垃圾跟回收的瓶罐分開放 ，我只能將回收瓶罐放在垃圾桶外面，建議垃圾桶可以放二個讓入住客人可以順手將垃圾分類 其他方面都很好 ”

“1. It doesn't worth to pay 210SGD/night for this facility at all. 2. Bad location, next to the junction of highway, whenever the cab coming to pick up or dropping you to hotel, before that, the cab will be facing heavy traffic jam. Especially, recently there is construction work on progress which building surrounding the hotel, also bringing the big noisy during day time. 3. Extremely disrespectful attitude and bad manner from all employee, bad face always when you're asking for anything or……

“Love the location and also how spacious the rooms are. Also, sufficient storage areas to place my belongings. Rooms are dated but very quiet. Love the curtains that can block out the light. The view is fantastic. Big TV with a lot of TV shows to choose and free Wi-Fi. Also, sufficient of lights to make the room bright. Overall, this hotel is it was quite clean and nice. “The location of hotel 81 palace is very convenient, the rooms were just redecorated. However, I was weakened by noise in the hallway about 6am. ”

“I have been staying in the hotel from May 2-5 in Rm 303 (a Family Quadruple Room; and from May 5-9 in Room 312, which is a single queen's bed room for myself only. For Rm 303, it was extremely small, although in the photo it showed a large room, the air-conditioner was very hot, no matter how we adjusted it, it stayed at 26-28 degree C, the bath room was hot like a sauna room. For Rm 312, the size was a normal single room, but the air-conditioner was extremely cold, I have to keep switching……

“環境整潔乾淨，房間電源插座可直接插台灣的插頭 空調、wifi、衛浴設備都很穩沒問題 但房間空間極小，隔音不是很好 此地區華人也沒很多，晚上是紅燈區，感覺上可能會怪怪的～但實際治安良好不用擔心 離地鐵、公車站都算近，走路5-10分鐘就到 路口有24小時商店還不錯 住起來算舒適，只是要簡單找經濟實惠的地方可參考這家！”
