“Sehr schönes modernes Hotel! Super Spa Bereiche, gutes Essen und vorallem sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Egal ob beim Check in, im Restaurant oder im spa Bereich. Die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl hier sehr willkommen zu sein und haben Spaß an ihrer Arbeit. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich noch Raphael aus dem spa, der extra für uns 30 Minuten früher zur Arbeit gekommen ist, damit wir alle eine Massage bekommen ( es war sonst alles ausgebucht) Echt top! Wie kommen wieder !”

“Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht, und konnten die Therme usw. nicht wirklich nutzen. Werde sicher wieder kommen, dann aber für ein paar Tage. Super Service, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.”

“Für den Preis.war es ok. Pension wäre als Titel besser. Ein Erlebnis war die Toilette. Die wurde nachträglich am Balkon gebaut. Sowas haben wir noch nicht gesehen. Schreckliche durchgelegenen Matratzen. TV war mini und schlechtes Bild. Frühstücks Buffet etwas spärlich. Nur Filter Cafe. Cappuccino muß extra bezahlt werden. ”

“Die Lage zur Europatherme ist natürlich hervorragend. Es ist immer noch sehr gut, wenn auch einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist.. Leider ist nach dem Abendessen - welches sehr gut ist - tote Hose. Die alte Bar ist nicht mehr und das Angebot in dem großen Speisesaal noch weiter zu sitzen ist total ungemütlich und wird nicht angenommen. Wäre schön, wenn das nach dem Umbau berücksichtigt wird.”
