“A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable. “In our booking it was mentioned as non veg buffet for breakfast but it was very disappointing they gave only veg for 5 days we have payed for our buffet breakfast but we were not satisfied at all, property rooms are not safe as the doors were falling very shocking ☹️ ”

I honestly felt so welcome from the very first moment from the hotel manager Jitu and his lovely team - like staying with kind friends rather than in a hotel. The room and bathroom where both clean and everything (also air-condition) functioning very well. I especially appreciated that all the furniture was made of solid wood, with each piece thoughtfully selected and designed - you can really feel the attention to detail that makes this a true design……

“The staff was very attentive to client needs. We ended up getting a room upgrade because a problem with our original room. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant offered good room service and dine in selections.”

“The actual room was fine, wee balcony, decent bathroom and shower and very comfy spacious bed. However, the property is advertised as having a plunge pool - the pool is not particularly accessible or pleasant; there is a new building being built a few feet away so is full of workmen. Additionally, the noise from the building site begins at 0730 until around 1800 with banging, cement truck, scaffolding etc all day long. We didn’t use the ‘pool’. Staff are friendly and helpful, food is average.”
