“There was no microwave in the room, and ALL of the ice machines were out of order; that alone was a huge disappointment. The room itself, though, was pretty nice.
Also, just as a matter of hospitality professionalism, the 3rd floor hallway carpet was absolutely FILTHY.”
“Stayed for a weekend, the room was clean, beds were clean and comfortable. No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. All the staff were friendly, the a/c worked fantastic on a 90+ degree weekend, the fridge and freezer were both cold, we didnt use the stovetop, but noticed there are no pans for anyone planning to, the microwave worked fine, shower was hot, no……
