“I can’t praise this place enough. Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic rooms, and fantastic food.
The staff are some of the kindest and most service-minded I’ve ever encountered, they made the stay an absolute pleasure. The rooms are modern and beautiful, the cleanliness was outstanding and the breakfast was amazing.
If I ever return to Crete, this will be the place I stay. 100%.”

“Room was great, comfy bed! Loved the veranda & tub with great views. Everything you needed was there. Breakfast was delicious at Living Room - huge portions! Contact with them was excellent & Kalliopi was fantastic, so attentive to our needs she is a credit to you! Arranged return taxi & some bits for us on arrival. Lovely complimentary bottle of wine. Can’t wait to return, was one of the best stays we’ve had in 25+ years of travel.”

“We had a delightful stay. Location was perfect, on a quiet side street close to the main pedestrian shopping street. Staff were great. Room clean and spacious. Check in and check out were efficient. It’s a boutique hotel and we stayed in their adjoining unit, which was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good and Charlotte made eggs from scratch. The only downside is it didn’t start until 8:30. We are early risers but we adjusted. I definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“We loved our stay at The Pepi. It was charming and the service was excellent. The interior of the room we stayed in was well laid out.
The beds were very firm, almost too firm for us but it was not a deal breaker and the service and hotel itself were wonderful. Very sweet breakfast options and it is directly in the center of old town but it was quiet.”
