“The only thing great about this property was the location, a 1 minute walk to the beach. The cottage was outdated but functional, when we arrived the it appeared that nothing had been cleaned, the showers had red and black mildew and the grease on the stove and backsplash appeared to not have been wiped in sometime, and the bed sheets had bugs in them. “The condo itself was a solid 4. Rusty mental chairs on the porch and very used chairs for the beach. The window in one bedroom looked into a dark hallway so the shade was pulled down 24/7, the other window had an outside light illuminating the bedroom all night even with the blinds pulled tight.
