“Housekeeping does a fantastic job on this property! This house was as clean or cleaner than any VRBO we’ve stayed at. It is a great location to walk to the beach as well as local restaurants and coffee shop. The house had plenty of space for everyone on our family trip with adult children. We also loved having a good sized pool to enjoy. ”

“Our family of 10 (six adults, two tweens, a five year old and a three year old) had an amazing beach vacation at the Sunsetter. We enjoyed the comfy beds and plenty of space for all. The walk from the garage to the beach where we set up our beach tent is 4.5 minutes! The Sunsetter provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and sand toys so we didn’t have to pack them. The pool is well maintained and very nice. There is an upcharge to use the heated feature. There is an additional microwave……
