“There is a beautiful garden. We could have breakfast and enjoy the view at the same time. The hotel hosts are really nice and always smile. The breakfast is boring and not enough. The sound isolation is so bad. We could hear the sound of faucet, water dripping, clop-clop, talking, and so on. The parking lot is crowded. The kitchen is not opening for use. No water dispenser. Walking to the Niagara falls will spend about 10 minutes. ”

“This is a newer listing we found on a last-minute trip to the area. The accommodations are exactly as shown. Very clean, easy to find, so nice to have 1.5 baths! Love that the bedroom entrance is down the hall, allowing someone to go to bed earlier or take a nap while others can still watch TV. Parking was onsite. Near wineries. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and even provide breakfast. We look forward to staying here again when visiting the area.”

“We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good, very quiet place. Owner was very accomodating, upgraded us to a lerger room and allowing for parking after check out as well. He also let us use a parking pass. Very tiny shower and extra firm mattress, but overall it was a good experience!”
