“Overall, the location is almost perfect as it allows you to be just outside of the hustle and bustle of Niagara. The house offers an overall good experience and can easily accommodate 8-10 people. About a mile and a half walk to upper Clifton Hills. Internet WiFi and TV services are available and easily accessed. There are several things that need to be addressed: There is ONLY one entrance/exit to the rental. The back door is locked as it butts into the rear rental and could be a significant……

“We rented for a small wedding - 25 total The house is huge & all the wedding party was able to stay togather. It was the perfect size & layout. The area is quiet as the house is rather tucked into the peach orchard. The peach orchard, gardens & yard were amazing in July as the background for our daughter's wedding! The owner was quick to respond to all our questions before & during our stay. Well done Orchard Villa!”
