“This property is beautiful and unique! It was furnished with amazing one of a kind pieces and the architecture of the Artist’s Loft is gorgeous! “The pictures really dont do this place justice. Terrys place is decorated so perfectly I want to remodel my kitchen. We had all appliances we needed, beds were comfortable, towels were soft, plenty of room to gather and chat. The little amenities the host left were great! Even though it was very hot the ac kept up just fine. The mornings on porch are definitely the best way to start your morning. Communitcation, check in and check out were a breeze. “Great location, great space. Great air conditioning.Continue to work on getting the musty smell out of the apartment. Wash the comforter provided for the pullout bed. Clean the coffee maker with vinegar so coffee is made faster. It took 20minutes for a pot of coffee. Provide a washcloth and dish towel to make washing dishes easier. ”

Everyone is excited and I get a call from evolve 4 hours before check in that our stay is cancelled… then evolve lets me know there are “other similar properties “ but those properties tend to jack up their prices when you want to book same day. “We had a lovely long weekend away in Marine in St. Croix. The accommodations were clean and quite cozy. The town has everything you might need during a short stay. The area is quiet within easy distance of some wonderful state parks. Great hub to go out and enjoy the fall colors. The one downside is that the town has a loud siren that sounds anytime there is a medical or fire emergency in the area. Not too disruptive from the apartment, but pretty intense when sitting outside at the Brookside……
