“Really friendly staff, a beautiful room and a great breakfast. It would have been even better to have had one or two bilingual staff as we’re in Pembrokeshire. However, we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“Comfortable room- good facilities- fridge, kettle and coffee machine- fresh milk, tea bags and pods provided. Continental breakfast was good, cooked breakfast in sister hotel was also very good. Lounge room was great space for all of the group to congregate in the evening ”

“The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. It needs a good clean……

“It was a lovely location and we loved how unusal the property was. However, the kitchen equipment was poor. We couldnt cook a breakfast as there was only a wok (which stuck badly) and a tiny saucepan. There was a log burner but no wood supplied which was a shame and only half a loo roll supplied for a two night stay. Would this put us off. No, we would just bring our own utensils next time. ”

“The Lamphey Hall is a great place to stay situated just outside Pembroke. Upon arrival the staff are friendly and welcome and nothing is an issue. The room is well presented, comfortable with sky TV. All the amenities are available including coffee/tea and complimentary shampoo and body wash. There is plenty of off street parking. The bar is a welcoming place to sit and have a quiet drink with the bar friendly bar staff. Highly recommended.”

“The location was beautiful, and the accommodation was what I was expecting. Comfortable and very warm. Cooking equipment and linen and towels provided. To be honest I was very happy until i went to cook. I then discovered that unfortunately the kitchen area wasn't very clean and I found dead bugs in cutlery drawer. Then ”

“Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it.
