“This is our second time staying here and we will be back. The staff is wonderful the rooms are nice and clean and comfortable breakfast is good. We have only had one slight issue and that was with the toilet not wanting to flush”

All of the employees (Valet, Front Desk, Breakfast Mgr) we interacted with were very helpful. There's nothing to say "negative". We would stay at the Residence again, without question.”

I was very pleased to see that the Bistro Bar was actually open until 10 p.m. i had stayed at other locations that advertised the Bistro Bar being open until 10 pm only to find they had closed between 7:30 and 8:00 just prior to my arrival. The Bistro is one of my deciding factors in booking Courtyard, so the Cincinnati Courtyard is tops in my stays. ”

“This is an aesthetically interesting place. It’s a nice step away from your typical hotel and the sea of greys and beiges. Location was nice, sprawled between the VA medical center and the University of Cincinnati. The view from the bar across the lawn is lovely. I would stay here again, given the opportunity. ”
