“This house has a great historic Bermuda vibe while having all the modern amenities. The layout is awesome. A 3 bedroom configuration in one wing is great for a family, then several bedrooms in the front part of the house and then another 3 in the downstairs layout. It was great for the 3 families we had on our trip! the check in and check out process was so easy. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms but note that there is not AC in the front common rooms. Not a big deal unless you are going in……

“We loved our stay! Perfect host, well stocked house all around, great location, plenty of space. The description of “3 min walk to beach” on listing is misleading. The pool was dirty but is cleaned every week. We would recommend to others. ”

“Loved this rental! The owner is so nice, the location is beautiful, and the house is so spacious. Very chill environment, probably not great for anyone who want to be in the center of the action. My group had an amazing time, the ocean access got a little hairy because of the impending hurricane, but when the water was calm, it was perfection. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Gemstones is a beautiful property with an incredible view and a secluded beach just down the bluff.Lorna is a gracious host and goes out of her way to help guests feel comfortable and welcome.Will definitely return - highly recommend.”

“Wrexford Cottage is an amazing place! The reef just 50 feet offshore is spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! I enjoyed going for a swim out to the reef in the morning and then exploring Bermuda. It’s especially a great location because it’s located close to the Dockyard and the Southshore beaches. Ralph and Julie and wonderful hosts! Ask Ralph any questions about animal life on Bermuda because he has the answers! I look forward to coming back to Bermuda and Wrexford! ”

“I travel to Bermuda on business several times a year and have stayed at a host of different places from resorts/hotels to rentals and this one is hands down the best so far.Spacious and clean with all of the necessary amenities to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.The water pressure was the best I've experience on island and having a grocery store less than a 1/2 mile away was super convenient (although it is closed on Sundays).Austin was a great host and I plan on staying with him again!”

“Perfect location. We could walk to multiple beaches and restaurants. We loved the convenience of grabbing the bus and ferries to go Hamilton, St George, and the Dockyard. The property grounds were wonderful for coming back and relaxing after a full day out and two of the nights we were able to watch beautiful lightning storms over the ocean. I’m definitely coming back. I definitely highly recommend this place. ”

“Property was very clean and had all the essentials needed to prepare meals.The cable TV worked well and the Internet was extremely fast and reliable.We had a place to park our rental scooter.Everyone we met was very nice.Goodwin was attentive and easy to contact.We rented for more than a week,so he did a really deep cleaning and linen/towel changes.The air conditioning worked great and we had plenty of hot water for showers.I highly recommend this property.”

“Overall a lovely stay. The boathouse is perfectly located. Fun to have the waterfront beach area with kayaks and sups. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had a bit of a rainy time this week, but the covered patio was perfect to enjoy the Sound views. Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to BDA after honeymooning here thirty years ago. ”
