“This property lives up to its name “Licking Creek Retreat”. We enjoyed the beautiful home, relaxing in the spacious living area and kitchen, and made use of all of the amenities including the heated pool, game room, and theatre room. The surrounding hills and the brook below contributed to peaceful vacation vibes. Would absolutely recommend to family and friends.”

“We loved our stay here and the property is simply delightful. It's central to all activities in Harper's Ferry, comfortable, well stocked and the host is super responsive! We especially loved the adjacent off-street parking, and although the weather didn't permit, the fenced, private outdoor space is very inviting. Our host was exceptionally responsive to the couple of questions we had and wonderful to work with. We'd definitely rent again! ”

“It is a stunning house and absolutely does not look like a rental at all! The owner has meticulously decorated every single room. Even the back yard is adorable. It is warm and inviting. The beds are comfortable and so are the sheets. The kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean, even with all of the decor. There is a fantastic bakery right across the street and a butcher that you must stop by to get meat and talk to the incredibly nice staff! There is some road noise and the towels……

“We live in Baltimore City and were looking for a quiet place to get away for a few days, and we were very happy we were able to bring our dog. The basement apartment was spacious and newly renovated with a beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The hosts, Paul and Meg, live upstaris with their 2 dogs and were very friendly and accomodating. They always responded right away to any questions we had. The property is beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed sitting out in the front yard watching the horses……
