“This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. ”

“Everything needed for camping trip with all the amenities. Host was very helpful. We had a late night issue with other noisy guests and host took care of it. “The hot tub could have used a little cleaning and cleaner water, however, that was the only negative aspect of the entire property. Everything Else was exceptionally clean and the house is fully stocked with anything you would possibly want. We were down there on a golf outing, and the house was conveniently located in the middle of a half a dozen Golf courses. We will be back!”
