“To sum it up, 10/10. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly during check in. As I made my way to my room I noticed the grounds of the property were manicured and beautiful. “A/C was amazing, and the Breakfast was delicious. But that COFFEE was the best I have had in any establishment in a long time. And don't get me started on the beds. I slept like a baby. Those beds are soft and very comfortable. This place is on the outskirts of the St. Augustine but it's only a short drive to everything. We are definitely staying here again when we come back to St. Augustine. ”

“This property is absolutely charming! The staff member working during our stay (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name since we checked in late) was incredibly kind, knowledgeable about the area, and attentive to all the guests’ needs. Our room was adorable, though it was a bit warm—probably due to the AC unit, which might have been our fault. The area was peaceful and very walkable to the Historic District. We’d definitely consider staying at this bed and breakfast again in the future!”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Edgewater Inn. From the time we checked until we left, the staff was very polite and receptive. This is a smaller place that seems to have an almost personal, bed and breakfast feel to it. Complimentary breakfast was offered and was more than your standard fruit and cereal.
