“Very central to the city. Eco friendly. Clean. Room and bathroom incredibly small but effectively organized and efficient. Takes some time to figure out the lights and air conditioning. Found it quite stupid that the bathroom door didn’t have a handle. Arrived at 11:45 pm - staff at the desk wasn’t very friendly. ”

“The hotel was uniquely designed in a way music lovers will appreciate. Close to downtown St John's, but still far enough away that if you have an early night you won't be disturbed. It is right next to the shipping harbour, so there was some noise (if you're a lighter sleeper). Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and helpful.”

“I stay here often facilities, and the view is overwhelmingly nice. Staff is friendly but no amenities if you go on the first of the week or in thr off-season restaurant bar area is closed only open on the weekends if you’re looking for a getaway don’t book on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday..”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Spaniards Room. The hosts Greg and Lorraine were both very kind and welcoming. The home itself is gorgeous and filled with so much history. The sleeping area and bathroom were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with air conditioning and cable television provided. We cannot recommend this bed and breakfast enough for those visiting the area.”

“Excellent service, food, and room. The bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were extremely friendly and informative. This hotel would certainly be considered expensive compared to other places, but we found it well worth it and would stay there again.”

“Close to downtown, large rooms, clean and very quiet. Although breakfast offers were limited to 5 choices; dishes were prepared individually - very fresh. Free parking. No recycling bins in our suite? Would highly recommend.”
