“I had never heard of the Element Hotel and now I can’t wait to return !!! The staff were so amazing during our stay. They were so helpful in sharing information about activities in the area. The hotel was nice and neat- which was a huge plus. I love that it is valet only. Dre was so patient when I needed to get my car simply to retrieve items (twice). Great staff”

“For Once I can honestly say that staying here at the Pear Tree was one of my Better Experiences. As soon as we arrived the desk clerk was a little bit busy but still found the time to check us in . Once he saw that we were pre registered with Hotels . Com . Quincy was his name Immediately got us checked in and handed us our room keys. Very polite young man . The hotel was centrally located downtown and the view was amazing. Thank You to everyone that was involved in our stay. ”

“This is a very unique and interesting hotel. The art is beautiful as is the whole hotel. We had a corner king and it was plenty of room for 2. The furnishings were artsy and fun. Only complaint was that the pillows weee way too dense and BIG. Not very comfortable for our liking. The bed and sheets were lovely. Other than that we loved our stay. Thank you. ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“Cool place. Clean rooms and cool bar. Short walk to Busch stadium and just our mt of the way to avoid the crowds. My wife and I love staying here. ”

“Love the location, historic aspect, upscale style. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to dine in. I'm sure it would have been good!”

“Chuana made my stay extra fun, but the clean and quiet and safe area was a welcome change from other properties we have tried. The breakfast area stayed stocked with rotating options, everything was great smelling, and there was no issue at all. You can tell the area has hard water, but that's no one's fault. Next time we will bring some clarifying hair product, but will 100% be back!”
