“Our stay at this property was ok we stayed for a friends birthday weekend. Facilities were standard tv only had freebies channels not smart like explained in the description and WiFi was not working for the duration of the stay but other than that it was fine. ”

“We only stayed one night, passing through London. The person at the front desk was kind and helpful. We needed help with the washer/dryer in the kitchen and he was able to answer our question. They have a large clothes rack folded up in the closet and we used that to finish drying the clothes. The dryer setting options are either really long drying times or a short one (1 hour) that gets hot. TIP: you have to wait ten minutes after turning off the power to open the door. Once the cycle is done,……

“We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed. ”
