“The host did not send check-in instructions until 640pm after VRBO staff and myself tried to contact her, as check in is at 5pm. After arriving at the property, we looked inside the window and it had not been cleaned at 6:15pm (beds unmade). We scrambled to find another place quickly due to it being late in the day.The host only did a partial refund and VRBO would not help. “We had such a great stay!! Very friendly and accommodating hosts. Shower water was hot! Clean and cute RV. Host had heat going so it was nice and warm when we arrived. They really thought of everything from fire wood to coffee! I will definitely be going back!!! ”
