“We had a great stay! The property was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the outdoor space, the gymnasium, and the house. They all worked well for our group of young professionals. We gathered to stream an online leadership conference. There was ample space to be comfortable while viewing and relaxing. The host was easy to get ahold of. Everything we needed was onsite. Would definitely stay again during a warmer month to take advantage of the inground pool. ”

“Charlie's Place was delightful! A cozy retreat - clean and just as pictured with comfortable furnishings and an amazing shower. It offers a terrific lake view from inside and out. After a day of exploring the town, we enjoyed coming back to relax with a drink and snacks on the front patio. Great location, easy to get to local dining and shopping - Lake City Creamery was a favorite. Bren was easy to work with and a great host who tries to think of everything you might need for a comfortable……

“The house is decent , nothing fancy. Refrigerator was very loud with a knocking noise The back yard was good for kids, didnt let my small dog off leach as ther were some bent fence planks and gaps. Close restaurant called Lakeside hideout has yummy pizza ”

“Overall, we were happy with our stay. The coffeemaker is one that uses pods, there were no ice trays. Lock to apartment was fiddly. Could have used a draining tray for washed dishes. And the stairs smelled like pot a few times. It was great being downtown and able to walk to some great restaurants and coffee shops. Loved teh bluetooth stereo and being able to log into and be automatically logged out of streaming services on the tv.”

“Scheduling and check in were pleasant and smooth. Katie and Tyler were very helpful and accommodating. The home was so very spacious and accommodating when it came to our large family gathering. “This house was perfect for an extended weekend with family. Nice, clean, and updated, this home was well stocked to meet our needs with plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, toilet paper. The home also had plenty of outdoor living space and seating for all of us to enjoy the weather. We will definitely be returning next year!”

“We loved this property! Very family-friendly with a treasure hunt my granddaughter adored!! (Just for information, all bedrooms are upstairs for those who are challenged by stairs.) Kitchen is well stocked with pans, utensils, and serveware. Bring spices only, all else is provided. Sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with a new hot tub. Hosts are outstanding, none better.
