“This was a great place. It checked all of the boxes and then some. It’s very clean! And the host has excellent communication. I would stay here again. Parking is great during the day. You have to move it though for the overnight hours. It’s available behind the buildings. So, there’s a little bit of a walk. Worth it though!”

“clean and cute property for a festival weekend. more than enough space, good amenities, comfortable. we loved the mud room or whatever it’s called. i will say it kinda smelled funny, like smoke or something. i would recommend air fresheners or candles for guests with sensitive senses of smell like me.”

It was a great size for our family and just the little touches like offering toiletries, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and coffee were so helpful for our short stay. We only had one small issue and the owner was quick to fix and available by message with any questions. We will definitely look to stay at this place on our next visit to Des Moines. ”

“Very spacious and very clean house. Three levels allowed everyone space and quiet time. A/C worked well on all levels, important in high heat and humidity. Water pressure in showers on upper level was very low, although master bedroom shower was fine. Would suggest instruction sheet to operate TV controls. We have Direct TV at home, so these were very foreign to us. Housekeeping notes: oven needs a good cleaning, pretty dirty on arrival. Master bedroom closet has only one bulb working needs at……
