“Stayed with husband and 3 teens. This villa is so spacious and airy! One of the best places we’ve stayed at! Simon is very helpful and communicative! Easy to find, Simon was already there waiting for us, showed us around. Very well equipped kitchen. Great laundry room. AC in all bedrooms working a dream! The master has windows on 2 sides so we didn’t even require the AC as a lovely breeze came through. All bedrooms have their own en suits plus an extra bathroom/shower room so 4 in total.……

“Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. ”

“We stayed at the Belair House in January 2025 for 9 nights. We enjoyed everything about the home. It had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was amazing. Steps that led down to the beach were easily accessible. The area felt safe and directions received by owner to the house were easy to follow. ”

“A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. ”

“We were a family of 8 in Barbados to celebrate a family wedding.We love Sugar Hill as a location with its excellent facilities, and Windswept had everything we could possibly need for an enjoyable stay - beautiful, clean and stylishly furnished home with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. The property is well located on Sugar Hill close to the reception, main infinity pool (spectacular) and The Deck restaurant, and only a short drive to Holetown and the many glorious beaches on the West……

“Overall we were pleased with the property--it was clean, spacious, spectacular view, beautiful semi-private beach with a nice swimming area. Plenty of dishes, silverware, accessories, cookware, linen, beach towels, etc. Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well, but would recommend anchoring the dishwasher in more fully. The owner was very friendly and responsive to any questions/needs. The unit was located on a major thorough fair which created significant street noise into the night and……

“The apartment is beautiful, with a stunning view through three sets of large double doors directly to the ocean, and a huge deck with a complete dining area, lounge area and a hammock. Our two kids (3 and 6yo) fit very comfortably in the separate bedroom, and it was great having their own bath and shower. The space is an authentic island cottage with interesting architectural features and quality craftsmanship. It is not trying to be a glass and metal McMansion, and I’m glad it’s not. You are……

“We have stayed multiple times within the Sunset Crest area in a variety of villas depending on our group size with mixed levels of satisfaction. However, Tina’s villa exceeded all our expectations. I have never stayed in such a clean villa. Kaye the housekeeper has very high standards and is a truly lovely person. The images on the site accurately describe the property. You can walk everywhere. We managed and are 70 plus so very easy access to shops, beach and restaurants. Taxis easily……

“Overall, I loved Sweet Dreams! The property was beautiful, the pool was a fantasy and the host staff and property management team were very accommodating! The housekeeper was a Gem! The only reason why I gave it four stars was because the common areas in the house did not have AC. The bedrooms all had AC though. I’d visit again only if they added AC to the entire house. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!”
