“Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have.”

“Great location, clean, everything we needed. Pleased to have allocated car space. Had an issue with receiving the access codes, which i had to chase up. But, staff were very good and sorted problem straight away. Overall, excellent!. We would stay there again.”
