“Just as pictured & extremely clean!!”

“Second year staying at the property. The location was much quieter than last year and we had no issues with the area. Love the proximity to coffee (2 mins), grocery (4 mins) and Grandpa Joe's candy emporium store (8 mins). House was clean and we appreciate the stocked items made available. Wifi Internet didn't appear to be working but we don't really use it during our stay.”

“We were visiting family and found this house to be a very comfortable place to stay and visit. Children from 4 to 15 enjoyed the theater and game rooms. The kitchen and Parris bedrooms were also big hits for the themed decor. There’s a nice big living room for sitting around and talking and we enjoyed walking to breakfast.”

“Everything was as pictured and described and the communication was excellent. Even light switches were lableled, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect: steps away from shops, restaurants, and a nature preserve, but on a quiet street where you could rest at the end of a busy day. ”

“Was an amazing stay! Host was easily accessible if needed and cottage was perfect . Went for a girls weekend we loved the charm and how cottage was decorated. Cottage was easy to find , was exactly like described and had everything you could want as a place away from home !! We will definitely be back !! ”

“The house was vety nice. Plenty of room for 8 adults. The grounds are lovely. We would like to come back when the swear bees are gone for the season.”

“we went to Dayton to visit the National Museum of the United States Air Force. You won't find a closer location for lodging. This house is about a 10 second drive to the gate of the museum. I like the ping pong and air hockey tables in the basement.”
