“Hotel is lovely, staff helpful. Room small, bed good pillows very soft... A little expensive. Our biggest issue was not knowing that there was no parking, so paid about $22 a night at an outside lot a block away that was hard to get to in the mess of one way streets. We ate the hotel resturant. It was OK, I got a ceaser salad with beef add on that was very tough, but the waitress took it back and the replacement chicken was good. Waitress was excellent. “I wanted something downtown for one night while attending a concert. I chose it because the parking is directly across from the hotel which was ideal as I do not know Buffalo very well.
