“The condo was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable and all of the appliances worked great. We had to contact the owner at one point and she got right back to us. We loved where the condo is located. It is close to great restaurants and cute shops. Most important is that its across from the beach and we saw the most beautiful sunsets. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It is very unpleasant for me to give this such a distasteful review but I must warn you. I took my mom for a getaway and we were astonished at the filth. The place was grossly dirty and everything was done to a bare minimum. One trash bag for 5 days just so many things. I wouldn't be caught dead walking barefoot in here—lots of bugs flying around. The bathroom, I read reviews until 2021 about the bathroom so I thought...he must have done something about it by now. Nope, hair, filth, and just not……

“Had a wonderful stay at TradeWinds Resort. We loved all of the amenities, especially the beach cabanas which we used daily. Resort itself was very clean and staff was very friendly. I was a little disappointed with the condition of our room, toilet was not attached well, was wobbly and leaking. Housekeeping did not come to our room once during our 6 night stay. I had to call for towels as we were only given 2 and ended up running out and needing fresh ones. Almost ran out of toilet paper as……

“Perfect location and very cute efficiency. We could walk to the beach and to a couple really nice spots -- coffee shop with homemade croissant, a Ravens bar (go Ravens!), and an outdoor breakfast/lunch/dinner spot on the beach. Comfortable bed! We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels -- nice touch! The shower was a little tight for my 6' husband but it was efficient use of space for sure. ”

“This is an older hotel; and offers a full kitchen. The bedding and linens are very basic (Dollar store quality), nothing like a modern hotel. The location is spot on; you can easily walk across the street to the beach. The beach is quieter than the section near the bigger hotels in St. Pete; we enjoyed it. I would recommend this location, just bring your own towels. ”

“The good: Location location location. Pool was nice for the kiddos. Parking was convenient. Leftover beach toys for the kids to use. The bad: No body wash or soap or shampoo for shower.. Quarter roll of paper towels. No extra trash bags. Pull out beds are extremely uncomfortable. ”
