“Nice house that is steps from the beach. Worked well for our family. Bunk beds that are listed are in a closet. There are lots of light switches in the house and only a few are labeled, so it takes time to figure out what switch goes with what light, fan, etc. No dishwasher soap and not much toilet paper provided.Overall, it was a good place and location was great!”

“Heated pool and backyard were the best ,We spent the entire month if Jan in the pool .The house was clean , plenty of utensils, glasses and dishes .plenty of frying pans and pots . Communication with owners was excellent when we needed a cooler they brought it right away .Living room tv needed some attention. Location to beach and a kids playground was perfect.Very quiet neighborhood and we felt safe . Pool maintenance was weekly .suggestions for owners they need new beach chairs and new bath……

“All in all we enjoyed our stay. The place fit all of us, we felt safe, easy short walk to the beach, food, ice cream, some stores. However, the listing was a little misguiding. The listing states there are 5 beds in the main house. There are only 3 and two sofa beds. If Sofa beds would have been listed we may have chosen differently for our group. There is an oder in the living area, pretty yucky. We had to have maintenance come and fix some doors and WiFi. But other than that the stay was……

“In town for a college reunion and this location was beyond perfect! The house was exactly as pictured. Not only is the house beautifully decorated, but it also came with some lounge chairs and beach supplies. The mini fridge was even stocked with drinks.
