One mile from a public boat launch (which is at the Lake Norman Motel), big new Publix right around the corner, and several other businesses and restaurants. The house is spacious and beautiful just like the pictures. The fire pit, dock, and deck are great. The owners of the property are extremely responsive and helpful. The only ‘negative’ (and it really is not negative) is the basement. The space is huge and another refrigerator down there would……
