“This Boutique Hotel is for you if you think you would enjoy the feeling of staying at a wealthy friends villa just outside the busy beachside area of Nice! I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. “Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect.
To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade……

“This is a great place to stay. We had booked two suits for the adults kids and us and they are spaced for France and clean.
The breakfast selection was just right and getting free sparkling drinking water as much as you need, was highly appreciated during the hot days.
Staff is outstanding in sevice and advices and the check in was quick.
Can highly recommend this place and would stay again.
Close to train station if needed and only a short 15 min walk to the flower market and the beach.

“Perfect location for walking to the Promenade and Old Nice! Lots of nice cafes around the area for breakfast if you choose to not pay for breakfast at the hotel. Cannot fault this anything about this hotel, the staff are all so lovely and helpful. There are free beach equipment for guests to take to the beach and can rent beach towels for €7.
