"I have always chosen the Maritim Hotel because I appreciate its atmosphere. Unfortunately, this time, I had a disappointing experience during check-in. I booked a room with two separate beds through Hotel.com and received a confirmation for it. However, upon checking in at the reception, the manager on duty was extremely impatient and treated us unfavorably. When I arrived at our room, I found that we had been assigned a king-size bed instead, which did not match my booking. I then returned to the reception and requested either a room with separate beds or at least an additional mattress. Unfortunately, my request was rudely denied by the manager.
