“Peaceful ”

“great location close to dining & lake- fabulous furniture & kitchen facilities! Stairs not too steep. warm in bedrooms (no air-con)aircon was living area only needed at least a fan in bedrooms. short on supplies - no soap in main bathroom - no spare toilet roll in ensuite- we did a dash to nearby IGA which had all you could wish for.”

“Was clean, spacious and cosy rooms. Very unique rooms with lots of character. Having all amenities in the room was so helpful. Heated floor tiles was a pleasant surprise ”

“Excellent communication, accommodation was spotless, and comfortable. Walking distance to lake Wendouree. Overall fantastic.”

“We spent 14 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. We were very happy with our little unit and especially enjoyed watching the sunset over the horse paddocks. The close proximity to the rail trail was a bonus. The unit was clean, spacious and had lots of cupboard space. When we are back this way would love to stay again.”

“The property its self was beautiful and clean. The miss communication on the fridge and portal needs inproving. Notice on fridge says no wifi to property. Portal says yes. Front fly screen does not stay locked as latch is faulty. Main bed end has very pointy ends and i hit my leg on several occassions on the corner. These are small but need some attention. Overall though. Beuatuful stay ”

“The house is very well situated within walking distance of the town centre/restaurants etc. The street is quiet and there is plenty of on street parking just outside the house.”

“The room was a bit neglected cobwebs in The corners of the room and bugs next to the bath and dead plants at the doorway and doorway had not be swept . Tiny bath towels . Porridge was supplied but not enough milk , there was jam but no butter . We decided to not have breakfast and had it in Ararat instead.stead . ”
